  1. How do I clean my Winward Home arrangement?

    You can simply clean your arrangement using a damp towel or a feather duster to keep it looking fresh and new.

  2. How do I store my Winward Home arrangement?

    You can use the box your flowers came in to store them. Keep your flowers stored in a cool and dry place to keep them looking their best. 

  3. I ordered my arrangement. How can I find information on my shipment?

    You can track your order with our order tracking tool, or you can call customer service beginning 24 hours after you've placed your order and we will help you.  

  4. I have flowers I would love for Winward Home to carry. How can I let you know?

    We are always looking for your comments and suggestions so that we can create the most beautiful products that you will love. You can go to Facebook.com/WinwardHome to give us your suggestions or you can email us at support@winwardhome.com. We are also on instagram @winward_home.

  5. I would like to resell your products, where can I start?

    Please contact us at support@winwardhome.com to speak to a representative.

  6.   I want to make my own arrangement. Can I do that?

    Due to our tightly controlled available inventory and manufacturing procedures we cannot accommodate requests for custom arrangements.
