Due to our tightly controlled available inventory and manufacturing procedures we cannot accommodate requests for custom arrangements.
You can track your order with our order tracking tool, or you can call customer service beginning 24 hours after you've placed your order and we will help you.
We do our best to ship out your order as soon as receiving your order. Changes cannot be made after the order has been placed. If you need a shipping address updated, please contact us at support@winwardhome.com. Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order or before the shipment has left our warehouse. Any cancellations made after your order has shipped will be handled as a sale.
We will gladly accept the return of our products within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any shipping charges for your return unless you are returning a product to us that is damaged or defective. Please be sure to return the product in the original shipping box you received it in, re-packaged and secured tightly. The item must be returned in resalable condition to receive a full refund.
